A nice little indie game that encompasses a bit of rogue-like, FPS, Mythical powers and eerie dungeons and caves.
I am going to include below, and not being lazy, a direct cut and paste from the steam webpage which is what drew me to this game in the first place.
Eldritch is a first-person action game inspired by roguelikes, immersive sims, and H. P. Lovecraft.
Unearth ancient secrets and find your way to freedom!
Sneak, fight, and explore strange worlds!
Invoke mystical powers to augment your play style!
Randomly generated levels provide fresh challenges and opportunities!
Unlock shortcuts to jump directly to deeper dungeons!
I had a good time playing this game and will get some more play time into it soon.
The thing that did strike me was the atmosphere. The first time you see those weird creatures, it totally freaked me out. Especially when the things won’t die on the first time. I needed me a trusy revolver!
If you think you would like to give Eldritch a go, head over to Eldritch for a Kinguin premium price!
Well worth the asking price in my opinion.
